Select Process Slips - Inquiry

Use this option to inquire on a picking slip. The Picking Slip inquiry provides information about a slip including invoice and delivery details, items ordered and picked, quantities on backorder, price, discount, GP percentage and line total.

1. Display the Select Process Slips screen for the picking slip you want to inquire on.

Refer to "Maintaining a Picking Slip (Priority, Picker, etc.) (v2.7)".

2. Select the Inquiry button.

Micronet displays the Select Report screen with a list of report layout options created in the Report Generator.

3. Select a format for the inquiry then select Ok.

4. Select whether you want the inquiry displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.

5. If you selected to display the inquiry to screen, you can double click the Slip No at the top right of the screen, or select the Drill button to display a trolley slip (a label) to put on the items picked.

6. Select whether you want the trolley labels displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.
